Absolute serenity amidst a spectacular landscape... Montargil Monte Novo is located in the Alto Alentejo (upper Alentejo), in the village of Montargil. It's in the municipality of Ponte de Sor, 95 km from Lisbon — a drive of about an hour and a half — on the bank of the Montargil Dam reservoir. This is where Alentejo's warm land is bathed by the cool and calm waters of the great lake.
